Wrong encoding in gvim

Wrong encoding in gvim

when i use gvim in Windows. when i code in _vimrc
set encoding = utf-8
then gvim will tell me that "u cannot find the scheme" but without that
line, the Chinese in buffer couldn't display in the right way.
